CMAP clinics provide health care to qualified, uninsured residents of Coastal Georgia in Camden, Glynn and McIntosh Counties. CMAP's MedBank Membership Program assists qualified residents in 13 southeast Georgia counties in accessing free prescription medications.

These folks are not on Medicaid or Medicare. They are usually working two or three jobs, and none of their employers offer health insurance. We also serve people who are retired, have worked all their lives but are not quite old enough for Medicare.

These people are our friends, neighbors, relatives, and employees. They are the people who mow our lawns, wait on our tables, and look just like us. In other words, CMAP serves our community.

You are invited to review this website to learn about CMAP, who we are and why we do what we do . . . and, to see if CMAP services and mission are "right" for you or someone you know.
